Eurofly appoints G&G for the management of the sale procedures of eleven MD-82
Within its fleet rationalization plan, where MD-82 are being replaced by more Airbus, Eurofly has appointed G&G Aviation to manage the phase-out of the aircraft.
The support provided by G&G, which shall continue up to spring 2005, includes the drafting and negotiation of the sale agreements with the 3 different buyers identified by Eurofly as well as the coordination of the entire delivery procedure of the aircraft with particular focus on:
Preparation and presentation of technical documentation
Logistic and activities relevant to the aircraft inspections by buyers (including test flights)
Performance of rectifications agreed during the acceptance process
Title transfer and delivery up to the ferry flight
