G&G Aviation at Italy Airspace Expo fair

G&G Aviation was one of the exhibitors at the Italy Airspace Expo, the new fair dedicated to the commercial aviation, launched by Fiera di Roma.

In its large booth G&G presented equipment for Airports, Handling companies and MROs offered by eight of its represented companies, from Goldhofer towbarless tractors to the hangar and covers of Cover Technology, from ramp vehicles of the irish Mallaghan to Viseon apron buses.

Particolar interest was raised, also thanks to the dedicated workshop held during the fair, the recovery systems for damaged aircraft, composed of the aircraft lifting bags produced by Vetter and the specific trailers of Goldhofer, and the equipment and services for runway and apron cleaning and maintenance of the new representation Smets Technology.

For the aircraft maintenance and management there were Techman-Head, a manufacturer of tooling, towbars and GSE, and Zarges Tubesca specializing in aircraft access systems ranging from simple stairs for maintenance and refuelling up to complex and complete docks for heavy maintenance and painting of aircraft.

Many of the represented companies partecipated at the fair with their own personnel demonstrating a special attention for the italian market.

At the end of the fair Mr. Piccione, MD & CEO of the company was really satisfied.

"I think that the result of the fair” said “is certainly positive and probably better than expectations. The partecipation has been at an high level, specially for the airport field, both in terms of exhibitors and visitors.

We had many visits at our booth by qualified customers for all the presented product types.”
