Goldhofer appoints G&G Aviation as representative for Italy and Malta

After a couple of years of cooperation on ad-hoc basis Goldhofer has appointed G&G Aviation of Rome, Italy as its representative for the airport technology products which include a wide range of aircraft towbarless tractors and aircraft recovery systems.

Goldhofer, based in Memmingen, Germany is specializing since 1946 in special transport devices and, beside the mentioned airport products, manufactures vehicles like trailers, semitrailers and heavy-duty modules with a payload capacity between 20 and 10.000 tons.

More than 30.000 vehicle have been delivered by Goldhofer in 70 countres worldwide.

The towbarless tractors by Goldhofer represent a reference in the field being renowned for technology, reliability and cost-effectiveness.

The aircraft recovery sistems are being more and more considered as a standard equipment from many airports as they allow to quickly move airplanes which for various reasons (i.e. heavy landing or gear collapse) block the runway and therefore airport operations.

One of this system has been recently placed by G&G with an airport in the north of Italy.
