G&G Aviation has been
appointed by AD Aerospace as its exclusive representative for Italy and Malta.
By this appointment G&G can offer a
complete range of video based security and safety equipment for installation on
board commercial aircraft.
In particular the FlightVu Cockpit Door
Monitoring System (CDMS) enables Airlines to comply with the European requirements
of surveillance of the area
outside the reinforced cockpit door [OPS 1.1255 (c) (2)] becoming mandatory in
July 2008.
The CabinVu and CabinVu-123 CDMS systems
meet also UK DFT, ICAO Annex 6 and EUROCAE ED-123 requirements. The systems already have current STCs for a wide variety of
commercial airliners.
FlightVu systems can be offered both as a
stand alone or integrated with the EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) and guarantee an
extreme commonality of
rotables among different aircraft types.
FlightVu equipment is certified to be fitted as Buyer
Furnished equipment on Boeing Production aircraft.
The FlightVu systems, thanks to their quality design and competitive
pricing, have
already been selected by Air Seychelles, bmi, Thomsonfly, Air Asia, Corsair,
easyJet, Hainan, Germania, Hapagfly, TUIfly Nordic, MyTravel, ILFC and Hong
Kong Express Airways.
The first customers of the system in Italy
are Neos and Blue Panorama.
AD Aerospace Ltd., part of the AD Group, designs
and manufactures aerospace video camera systems for commercial aerospace,
including state-of-the-art video security systems.. The company has EASA
approvals for Manufacturing and Maintenance, and is an approved supplier to the
Boeing Company. AD Aerospace has
facilities in Cheshire UK, Atlanta USA and Singapore.
