Sale & Lease back with Air Malta
Celsius Amtec , a Miami based company, with the support of its representative G&G Aviation of Rome, has recently performed a sale-rent back operation with Air Malta.
Aforesaid operation had as subject, 2 B737-200 aircraft that once acquired by Celsius, have been hush kitted stage III and leased back to Air Malta for five years.
With this transaction that closely follows similar acquisitions performed in Italy, Celsius and G&G confirm the will of the U.S. company, to strengthen its presence in Europe and Mediterranean area.
